The modem supports up to 3 direct device connections (MAC Address-based). However, using your own Wi-Fi router allows dozens of devices to connect simultaneously over wireless.
Is Lite Home Internet truly unlimited, or is there a Fair Usage Policy (FUP)?
Yes, it is completely unlimited with no FUP. Your speeds will not be throttled regardless of usage volume.
How wide is the Wi-Fi coverage across the home, and are options available to extend coverage (extender, whole-home Wi-Fi)?
The included device is a Single Port Gigabit ONU (modem only), not a Wi-Fi router. You’ll need to connect your own router to enable wireless access. Coverage depends on your router’s quality and placement. For larger homes, additional routers or a mesh system are highly recommended.
Can the installation be done by the customer, or does it require a technician?
Installation involves fiber optic cable pulling and OTB termination, which must be handled by GlobalXtreme’s certified technicians.

You can easily request to upgrade or downgrade your plan. Service adjustments are typically completed within one week after confirmation.
Can I transfer my Lite Home Internet service if I move to a new home?
Yes, the service is transferable as long as your new location is within GlobalXtreme’s coverage area.
